Dog Walk Talk
Reflections on faith, quiet moments, and the God who walks with us. These are my Dog Walk Talk reflections. These are my Dog Walk Talk reflections.

It’s not a book about dogs. It’s about where God meets us when we’re finally quiet enough to listen.
We all have a place where the noise fades and the deeper thoughts start to surface. For me, it just so happened somewhere between the fire hydrant and the front porch—leash in hand, dog trotting ahead, and no one else around. In those quiet moments, the conversations would start—the ones I didn’t even know I needed. And over time, those reflections became what I now call my Dog Walk Talk reflections.
Now, Dog Walk Talk isn’t a book about dogs. Rather, it’s a collection of real-life faith reflections gathered on foot, out in the open, where thoughts could wander and truth had room to catch up.
Of course, you may not walk a dog. Even so, maybe you walk the halls late at night, or the trail behind your house, or the aisles of a grocery store—wondering if anyone else is thinking what you are. In any case, these short, heartfelt pages are for those everyday spiritual moments—the ones that catch you off guard and stick with you. In the end, these are my Dog Walk Talk reflections.

My Favorite Reasons for Writing it
Sometimes it takes a list to make sense of a life. For me, at least, it helped clarify why I sat down and wrote Dog Walk Talk in the first place. So, here are the top ten reasons I wrote the book—just in case you’re wondering what got into me.
And hey, while we’re at it, they’re also some pretty good reasons you might consider picking up a copy for yourself—or for someone who could use a smile and a little soul-strengthening.
Just a Taste
Sometimes I think God speaks louder through a leash and a wagging tail than through the pulpit.
And there’s more where that came from. Each snippet stands on its own—a little walk for the soul. Some are light, others go deeper, but all of them are honest.
In the end, these are my Dog Walk Talk reflections—simple moments of faith gathered one step at a time, and offered up in case they help light the way on yours.
So if you’ve got a leash in your hand—or just a few quiet moments and a willing heart—I’d be honored to walk a little ways with you.
